S200 Inline Screen will recover and dewater product from food processing lines and enabling producers to utilise this recovered material.

The IS200 Inline Screen is designed to use a minimal footprint, low maintenance, operator friendly and positioned beside or near other processing equipment so the waste product can be gravity fed directly into the influent tube of the inline screen. The solid waste is washed and dewatered within the screen and discharged directly into a bin or onto a transfer conveyor.  This enables the waste to be utilised as a by-product and eliminates any drain blockage by reducing the fat or solids contents being flushed down a drain.

The IS200 Inline Screen dewatering sieve is easily removed so the sanitation of the machine effortless.

Applications:

  • Meat Works/Slaughter Houses
  • Food/Vegetable Processing Waste Retrieval
  • Wash Down/Debris Removal
  • Dewatering of Recoverable product
The Singuiliser is a stand-alone marshalling centre enabling multiple-laned product from a separate machine to be sorted/split and singuilised to a single lane.

The Singuliser accepts products from indexed tray sealing machines which eject products in groups of multiple trays.  The singuliser indexes each tray one at a time through sequential control on the infeed conveyor and they are converged into a single lane between the vertically mounted lateral conveyors.  The trays or packs that are discharged can then be Checkweighed and labelled in a single lane.  Approximate package throughput is 60 per minute.

Typical Applications:

  • Packaged loose products
  • Itemise or singulise grouped items
  • Post wrapper or sealer machine

Our Polydrive range of conveyors are best suited for short gooseneck arrangements or complete metal-free zones and provide a cost effective method of conveying over short distances.

The Polydrive range features machined plastic side plates with grooved track for the belt. Integral high side profiles enable product catchment and guiding. Non-metallic plastic cross bracing or tie-rod or channels provide hygienic and simple construction.

Typical Applications:

  • Frozen Product
  • Snack Foods
  • Packaged Loose Products

LiveTranz double nose bar transfer conveyors have been designed for use between conveyors that have too bigger drive and tail rollers to effectively transfer the conveyed product between conveyors; they are often used in bakeries, small goods, red meat and seafood plants for transferring smaller delicate products from one conveyor to another or between various other items or production plant.

The LiveTranz units can be either independently driven or slave driven off adjacent conveyors and the simple design makes them a cost effective option for eliminating product damage and potential product jam ups.

LiveTranz can be manufactured in any width, length, incline or decline angle to suit any specific requirements

VergeAll is an inline conveyor module that converges and/or diverges loose product on a production line at production speeds. It is essentially a conveyor belt manufactured from hard chrome plated stainless steel rods connected to and driven by parallel drive chains. Injection moulded polymer coil springs are mounted over the rods and between the chains. As the conveyor moves the coil springs change in length and effectively change the width of the conveyor which in turn changes the loose product centres proportionally.

Applications for VergeAll are varied, but are commonly used in food processing plants to:

  • converge product to either increase or reduce cooling
  • converge product prior to packaging
  • converge product to reduce waste space created by wide process equipment
  • diverge product to create spacing to allow coating, enrobing or battering
  • diverge to prevent product contact during cooking
  • diverge product to prevent product sticking during freezing

Converge/Diverge Ratios of up to 1:1:5 are achieved over a short distance with a small foot print enabling VergeAll to be inserted into existing product lines.

The RollaVeyor range of conveyors is comprised of several components to create an efficient Roller Conveyor System. The construction is modular, up to 3 metre long straight lengths enabling interchangability of parts plus the ability to reconfigure the layout if the layout or production requirements change.

The Hygiene Series RollaVeyor is for food processing and is suitable for full wash-down sanitary requirements, which utilises a soIid non-metallic one-piece roller.

RollaVeyor conveyors can be manufactured from Food Grade Stainless Steel, for food processing areas or alternatively in Aluminium or Mild Steel for general warehousing applications.

Typical Conveyed Products:

  • Cartons, Packets, Pouches
  • Plastic or Polystyrene Tubs

Features:

  • Bolt-together modular construction
  • Height and angle adjustable leg assemblies
  • Product side guides (optional)
  • Gravity or driven rollers
  • Pop-Ups
  • Accumulation
  • Carton Merging/Locating

PolyBand Polyurethane band conveyors are available in 2mm to 25mm diameter cords and configurations including round, flat, v and double v belts.

The solid, reinforced design incorporating quick release cords and belts make them ideal for hygienic applications. PolyBand can be integrated to any Moduline Conveyor assembly to tier select or reject product to other lines or product streams. PolyBand can manipulate the product orientation through any angle, ie narrow side leading entering the conveyor to wide side exiting.

Typical Applications:

  • Baked Goods
  • Snack Foods
  • Packaged Product
  • Zero radius corners

Features:

  • Individually hinged infeed/discharge sections for easy cord replacement and sanitising
  • Removable nose roller assemblies
  • Polymer bed
  • Product side guides (optional)
  • Manufactured from FDA/USDA materials

B-Line endless belt conveyors are of modular or standalone construction and can be configured to suit most applications. Horizontal and incline designs include flat belt, trough belt , flighted belt and positive-drive toothed belt options. The solid hygienic design makes the B-Line ideal for wet handling transfer.

Our hygienic series B-line conveyors offer a simple method of belt extraction by the cantilevered frame design, enabling effortless sanitation.

Typical Applications:

  • Fresh or frozen vegetables or fruit
  • Fresh or frozen fish, chicken or red meat products
  • Snack foods
  • Bulk products
  • Wastes and sludges
  • Offal

Features:

  • Clip-on and bolt-together modular construction
  • Belt lift options
  • Polymer belt edge carry, return guides and rollers
  • Polymer intermediate belt support profiles
  • Height and angle adjustable leg assemblies

  • Product side guides (optional)

ModuSort Stations enable high throughput automated carton diverting from a single transport conveyor. By integrating bar code scanning or other carton identification sensors the ModuSort can divert certain cartons to one or multiple conveyors at belt speeds of up to 50 metres/min or 60 cartons/min.

The unique design is extremely gentle on cartons and eliminates product damage that is often caused by other diverting equipment on the market.

Applications for ModuSort are varied, commonly used in distribution warehouse and process packing areas and when coupled with Concept Solutions’ ModuLine or B-Line belt conveyors the process layout can be easily customised to suit your requirements.

Typical Applications:

  • Single or multiple divert
  • Pack Room
  • Warehouses
  • Cool Stores

Concept Solutions range of standard Moduline Metal Detector conveyors are designed to offer an extremely stable platform for the Metal Detector Search Head to be mounted to. Generally manufactured from Stainless Steel and engineered plastics, these conveyors have been developed for use in the food industry.

Utilizing modular belt technology they offer quiet and reliable operation, and depending on the Metal Detector size are available in either light weight or heavy weight construction. Our flat belt option provides the ability to remove the belt and bed for sanitising.

Conveyor Options:
