Screwtech Waste Water Equipment

We have been the successful supplier on several Municipal Waste Water Plant upgrades.

The overall supply of this Inlet Works equipment was for two Band Screens which washed the screenings into Screwtech Launder providing flow splitting into two separate receiving stations on Kuhn Wash Presses.  Screenings are washed and compressed through flumes into a transport Screwtech Shaftless Screw Conveyor.  These are then either diverted to Standby Emergency Bins or conveyed to Screwtech SLB 10 Storage Bins for disposal.  Screwtech Slidegates provide odour control and isolation along the conveyor.

• 1 x Screwtech U350 Launder x 8.1m long with flow splitter chamber
• 2x Kuhn Wash Press Receiver Hopper and associated pipe work and support
• 1 x Screwtech U350 shaftless screw conveyor x 12.6m long
• 3x Screwtech 350mm square Y shape pneumatic Diverter Gates
• 3x Screwtech SG350 square slidegates – pneumatic
• 3x 2.5m3 Emergency storage bins
• 2x Screwtech SLB 10 self levelling bins

Project 2
• 1 x Screwtech U350 Launder x 6m  long with flow splitter chamber
• 2x Kuhn Wash Press Receiver Hopper and associated pipe work and support
• 1 x Screwtech U350 shaftless screw conveyor x 12.5m long
• 2x Screwtech SG350 square slidegates – pneumatic
• 2x Screwtech SLB 5 self levelling bins
